Competition where applicants could win a 30 day paid advertising gig.

To apply, participants fire up their webcams, think on their feet and answer one interview question with only one shot and no do-overs. Winners where then briefed and were asked to create a presentation to be judged at a live event at the New York Times building during Advertising Week.
